Coffee Route Driver

Hours: Time varies by route (Full-Time)
Brief Description: The Coffee Route Driver will service Office Coffee Systems at our customers’ place of business. The driver is the liaison between Regency Coffee & Vending and our customers. The driver communicates with the customer to manage their needs.

Drivers must be able to meet the following requirements.

• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Drive van or truck throughout the metropolitan area.
• Carry product up and down staircases and on and off truck as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must pass DOT physical.

Vending Route Driver

Hours: Time varies by route (Full-Time)
Brief Description: The Vending Route Driver will service vending machine banks at our customers’ place of business. The process involves restocking product and cleaning machines on an established route. The driver is a liaison between Regency Coffee & Vending and our customers. Drivers communicate with the customers to manage their needs and communicates equipment issues to our service technicians for equipment repair.

Drivers must be able to meet the following requirements.

Warehouse

Hours: Weekdays (Full-Time)
Brief Description: Warehouse associates are responsible for the overall care of the facility and grounds. Pulling stock for the drivers and assisting drivers in loading their trucks. While drivers are on route warehouse associates restock the warehouse as deliveries come in from vendors and rotate the product as necessary. They also keep the offices clean and perform other duties as needed.

Warehouse associates must be able to meet the following requirements.

• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Load products onto trucks daily.
• Keep warehouse clean and stock rotated.
• Janitorial work.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Sales

Hours: Weekdays (Full-Time)
Brief Description: Our sales associates are responsible for new sales as well as maintaining relations with current customers. Sales associates will help coordinate installations for new accounts and coffee tasting demonstrations for potential clients.

Sales associates must be able to meet the following requirements.

• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience including cold calling.

Technicians

Hours: Weekdays with on-call rotating weekends (Full-Time)
Brief Description: We have technicians that work on both vending equipment as well as office coffee equipment. responsibilities include preping and repairing equipment for installation as well as repairing equipment at the customer's location. Technicians are provided a company van.

Technicians must be able to meet the following requirements.

• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Drive van or truck throughout the metropolitan area.
• Have a good driving record.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience with vending or office coffee equipment.
• Experience with electrical and/or refrigeration systems.

Office Assistant

Hours: Weekdays (Full-Time)
Brief Description: Office assistance answer phones, and provide a variety of office duties. Experience with Microsoft Office products required and Quickbooks preferred.

Office Assistants must be able to meet the following requirements.

• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Answer phones and make out-going calls to get customer re-orders
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Quickbooks experience beneficial but not required.

Regency Coffee & Vending supplies uniforms and/or vehicles to personnel that require them in their position.
